Gallery 447: Metrolink Rochdale Town Centre line shadow running

Ahead of the opening of the Rochdale Town Centre extension of Manchester Metrolink a short period of shadow running commenced from Thursday 27th March. As with previous Metrolink openings this sees LRVs running to the timetable although without any passengers being carried. This small collection of photos, taken on the first day of shadow running, shows M5000s in action in the town centre.
