Twin Cars 2
Two of the class were "mothballed" at the end of 2004, 676+686 and 677+687, leaving just 5 members of the class. However, they have all had workshop attention in recent years and can often be found working on the Fleetwood service thanks to their high intensity headlights. All of the remaining class members were seen during the week and they all made at least one days appearance on the Fleetwood service.

Twin Car 673+683. At the Fleetwood Ferry loading stop on 6 September 2005 carrying the Metro Coastlines Turquoise & Yellow livery.
Twin Car 683+673. In the fading evening light 683+673 (with the motor actually leading) are seen from the rear at Bispham whilst on the Fleetwood service.
Twin Car 674+684. As passengers get impatient for a southbound tram at Bispham, Metro Coastlines Cadbury Blue & Yellow liveried set 4 is seen on 8 September operating a service to Fleetwood.
Twin Car 684+674. At Cleveleys on 8 September 2005 operating a service to Starr Gate.
