One of the more recent acquisitions is Oporto 273, which arrived at Crich in 1995. It only had six years to wait before entering service following a full restoration.
London Transport 1622 is typical of one of the largest classes of British trams ever built, and was restored thanks to massive input from the London County Council Tramways Trust.
Metropolitan 331 represented a massive step forward in London's trams, and its unusual design also helped to inspire Blackpool's classic Balloon trams.
Liverpool "Green Goddess" 869 is another attractive streamliner, which was sold to Glasgow after its native city's tram system was abandoned.
