Chesterfield 7 entered service at Crich in 1997, and had proved extremely popular and reliable ever since.
Leeds 399 was one of the first cars to arrive at Crich, but did not operate there until 1990.
Glasgow 812 is actually older than some of the trams that ran in front of it, however it was heavily modernied during its working life, hence it represents trams of a later era. 812 actually started out as an open top car in 1900.
As a special attraction, Sheffield 189 took part in the cavalcade, being pushed by the Blackpool Electric Loco. The car ued to run at Crich, but has not operarted for about twenty five years - making this a very rare sight indeed.
