Over the late Spring Bank Holiday Weekend, Britain was gripped by 'Royal Fever' as various events took place across the country to celebrate 60 years of Queen Elizabeth's reign, with a bumper four-day holiday weekend. The Heaton Park Tramway joined in with the festivities by running a tram service across all four days, with the three currently serviceable trams all suitably decorated to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
