Gallery 289: Blackpool Tramway Easter 2012
The Blackpool Tramway finally entered the 21st century on Wednesday 4th April when the first Flexity2 trams operated in passenger service following an official launch the previous day. This gallery picks up the action on the second day and carries over the first weekend of operation which also included the start of the heritage tram service. Included are photos of the Flexity2s across the system and also of the trams used on the heritage service. To access the photos click on the relevant thumbnail and you can then either navigate from there or return to this page and click on your next one!

Photographs in this gallery were taken by Gareth Prior in April 2012.
