The only other operational tram is Wolverhampton 49. The tram underwent a 20 year and £200,000 restoration, returning to service in August 2004. Unfortunately in the interevening years it has seen very limited use and indeed was used in May 2009 for the first time in about two years! Following trackwork outside the Depot it is now hoped that the tram will see more regular use. If you look carefully the Wolverhampton Horse Tram can just be seen at an angle at the back of the depot.
