Blackpool Double Deckers 2008
16 pages and 36 photos follow with the double-decker tans of the Blackpool & Fleetwood Tramway fleet as seen in service between 30th August and 6th September 2008. The majority of these are of course the Balloon Cars with 17 different trams of this class making apperances during the week, including 724 which is meant to be in the "Reserve Fleet", in addition the two Jubilee Cars were also out and about. Balloon 703 has kept its 1980s Green and Cream livery, with the addition of both upper and lower panel adverts for Builders Supplies (West Coast) Ltd. The tram is seen in this photo crossing the Prom road coming from depot on 1st September 2008.
Another shot of 703, this time on 6th September 2008 at Cabin.
Heading back to depot on 30th August 2008 is Balloon 706 - Princess Alice. The trolley pole of the tram seems to be quite bent in this shot.
