Totally Transport 2008
A selection of photos from the very blustery day of Totally Transport 2008. This event takes place on New South Promenade in Blackpool and as well as featuring a heritage tram service between North Pier and Starr Gate has many vintage buses and vehicles on display. Photos are mainly from Tony Waddington with one from the camera of Steve McCulley. As usual you can access the different pages of the gallery through links at both the top and bottom of the page.

Another shot that was too good to pass up on, although the weather did its best to spoil the scene! Here are two wartime liveried trams, Balloon 700 and 'Tram of the Year' for 2007, Brush car 623.

Balloon car 726 retains its striking advert livery for HM Coastguard. It is seen here turning off the promenade for depot; it is thought that the car was faulty as it had been operating on Fleetwood service.
