Sometimes as a photographer you just have to be in the right place at the right time and it is usually down to luck. This was one such occasion when Engineering Car 754 was seen towing Balloon 718 back to the depot following a failure at Manchester Square. The pair are seen on 8 September 2003.
Open Top Balloon 706 has been returned to original livery for 2003. Princess Alice is seen here having its trolley turned at North Pier on 7 September 2003.
Currently the only illuminated tram in the Blackpool fleet the Trawler 633 is seen from the rear whilst loading a tour at North Pier on 6 September 2003.
Without a doubt the star of 2003 is Salvage Squad tram Coronation 304. The tram has made very few appearances out since the show was broadcast but one such time was 12 September 2003 when its was being filmed for a progress update. 304 is seen stabled on the centre track at Tower.
