Launch of Manchester Horse Tramcar L53
A comprehensive gallery of photos from the official public launch of Manchester Eades Reversible Horse Tramcar L53 on Sunday 30th March 2008. Also included is a selection of images from the Manchester Museum of Transport. An interior view of South Lancashire tramcar 65. It is amazing to see how well the interior has survived years of neglect, and some simple conservation work has led to a very smart looking saloon.
