PECKHAM VISION WANT MEETING WITH TfL
Cross River Tram – Sunday 16th December 2007

Campaigners from Peckham Vision, who suggested to Transport for London that a loop line should be built in the centre of Peckham for Cross River Tram rather than just terminating there, are calling on talks with TfL to discuss the matter further.

Peckham Vision spokeswoman told the South London Press: “We are astonished TfL appear to reject the idea without any discussion. During the TfL consultation on the route last December and January, TfL promised to come back to the local community to discuss particular details. Now they appear to be saying they will take decisions without any further discussions. This idea really deserves thorough discussion with TfL on the ground."
